Where are you located and what are your hours?

CF Liminal Space Counselling Services is located on the third floor of One North,

in the beautiful neighbourhood of Brentwood NW, Calgary.

In-person (for Calgary residents) and online (for Alberta residents) sessions are mainly available on

Tuesdays and Fridays beginning August 2025, including some evening spots.

Do you offer reduced rates for individuals who do not have insurance coverage for counselling?

I am grateful to be able to offer a lower (than standard rate) counselling session fees for clients.

And YES! It is important to me that counselling is affordable and accessible to people who need additional support. Therefore, I have a limited number of spots available on my caseload for those with financial barriers. Please contact me to inquire.

Is counselling covered by insurance?

Most health benefit plans cover psychological / counselling services from a Registered Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work (MSW), however, each health insurance plan and coverage may vary, please kindly check with your health insurance provider before booking a session.

Registered Social Workers (RSW) are recognized by the Canada Revenue Agency as medical practitioners for the purposes of the medical expense tax credit. Please check with CRA's website for most up-to-date information.

Do you provide direct billing?

Yes. Direct billing is available to a number of insurance companies, please inquire. If Direct Billing is not available to your provider, a receipt will be provided to you via email upon receiving your session's payment to be submitted to your health insurance provider.
